▾ What makes the dining experience with Savory Talks unique? • Savory Talks stands out for its unique blend of curated culinary delights and the special touch brought by Zlata and Anastasia's network. Through their connections and ability to find interesting matches, they create an environment where guests can enjoy not only exquisite food and wine but also the potential for unexpected connections and fascinating conversations.
▾ Who oversees the culinary creations and wine pairings at Savory Talks? • Ulad Skoblia, Chef & Certified Sommelier. Ulad’s passion for intimate dinner experiences began from working closely with Michelin-recognized chef Greg Lutes from 3rd Cousin, where Ulad led the front-of-the-house operations for six years. His main philosophy revolves around celebrating local ingredients, and combining familiar food flavors and textures with Burgundian grape varietals. Therefore, in his wine pairings, Ulad usually celebrates the beauty of crisp Blanc de Blancs from artisanal Champagne producers, rich and buttery Chardonnay from the Russian River Valley in Sonoma, and earthy and fruity Pinot Noir from Côte de Nuits in Burgundy. Presently, Ulad - certified sommelier - combines his wine job at San Francisco Wine Society with being a private chef for small dinner parties.
